The Grand Union Canal Entertainment Company performs music, song, and dance from the early 20th century. Primarily the material is that which was known to boaters, or material which was popular at that time. The Company is a living history show, performing “music hall” style material, in Edwardian boat attire – clogs and all.
We offer two types of performance. “Songs from the Cut” an hour long show in two 30 minute sections and “Cutside” a more informal busking-type entertainment most suitable for passing audiences.
